I've always been fascinated by bridges, more from an architectural standpoint, than in recognition of their importance in "connecting" things. We bought several of these books to give as gifts to young nephews and young children of cousins. My 5 year old nephew didn't want to share, he wanted he book to be all his! I enjoyed the book and look forward to reading it to the kids when they spend the night. Side note, as the daughter of a civil engineer who built bridges and roads for a living, a book about bridges caught my attention.
