This was a very good book. Cami is one of my favorite writers. She keeps you involved from page one until the end.

I was so invested in the characters in this book that I can't believe the book ended. I could have read another hundred pages.

I think this might be my favorite Quinn story yet and I really enjoyed them all. Navy and Holden are a great match. Both are natural leaders. Their strengths are highlighted when they are thrown into a disastrous situation with nonstop adventure. I also like how the author shows the less than perfect sides of the characters and how relationships can be hard. Relationships take work and recognizing where your priorities need to lay. I look forward to Colt's story next. We got a peek into his story in this book. I hope we get more of Navy and Holden in Colt's story. Can't wait!

The old saying of “assume means making an a** of u and me” might fit this story but what it really did was make four people nearly miss out on their forever love. At least Holden and Navy and I’m hoping the rest of the story is in Colt’s story. I love how two very strong, independent, successful people were too afraid for years to chance letting each other know their feelings. It took a tragedy to get them to see the light! Boy are we slow sometimes!!

I have read everyone of the books about the Quinn family and enjoy how their life,family and love revolve around their faith in God. Also how God molded them into who they are in their lives. I can’t wait to read about Colt and hopefully catch up with the rest of the Quinn family.

Oh! How I love Navy and Holden. They are both strong leaders and feisty. They are sure to have some disagreements. But the love they have for each other will carry them through. The story is exciting and intense. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I loved it. It’s soothing and exciting to have a bit of Sutton involvement to tie the stories together. Now I can not wait to read Colt’s story!

Gotta love those Quinns. Navy definitely makes everything an adventure. Golden is the boss that makes everything better, and the rescuer of all those in need.

Whenever a new Quinn family story comes out, it goes to the top of my virtual book pile. I’m never disappointed. The “trauma” was so well written and frightening- my only complaint is I wish the story was longer.Thank you for the few hours of well written escape from real life.

An added bonus is the author's generosity in providing ongoing electronic links and information to those who buy the book.I highly recommend this guide to those interested in a responsible and fascinating route to making a positive, environmental impact and achieving nutrient-rich compost to boot.Owen's guide is well organized and clear, with each chapter addressing a specific component of running a good womery, addressing fully fears and concerns beginners unavoidably face, maintenance tips that assure a continued healthy bin, and even suggestions for inviting children into the worm composting experience!I definitely recommend this book to anyone considering worm composting.

There are quite a few guides to worm composting but most of them repeat essentially the same information with slight variations in the way they suggest building your bin or which one to purchase among the commercial ones. What sets this book apart and makes it the best of those I have looked at is that it discusses each aspect of worm composting in the most practical way without much in the way of dogma. Instead the author discusses real life experience, much of it his own, explaining the reasons for various choices and leaving you with a good number of options in each area so that you can take advantage of bedding options that are inexpensively and readily available for you or food options that are likewise practical for each reader. I had it on hand when I began worm composting and it gave me all the information I needed to feel rightfully confident in being successful. Highly recommended.

Henry Owen does an excellent job of emphasizing the important aspects of vermicomposting, while keeping the dialog light and entertaining. Children and adults alike should have no trouble with following his straightforward and easily understood formula for successful home vermiculture.The book does not delve into large scale, commercial methods. This one is for the folks that want to do something that is good for the planet and easily accomplished at home without spending a lot of money or adding a lot of work to your busy schedule. Highly recommend for those with an interest, as it is a short read.

From project start, to successful and happy worm bin, took less time than reading the book did. That's because the book was clear and to the point, so the actual work was quick and easy. We are now the proud parents of 1,000 happy recyclers!

This book is great for starting. I have read it cover to cover at least six times and realize that I am finding more to learn each time. This book, and, access to a vermiculturist I met through the Texas A&M extension service, have made me feel very comfortable as I prepare for my first harvest. Compost production and compost tea production are better than expected.

Though a bit repetitious I found the book super informative and straight forward. Wish I had had it before I started my 3 worm bins because the info in this book would have prevented me from loosing a whole bin (2000) worms to a simple mistake. I recommend this as reading for any beginning vermiculturist.

I recently purchased and set up a Worm Composting Bin and am so glad I read this book before I got started. It is a fast, informative read with recommendations on where to purchase worms, bins as well as how to set up your own very inexpensively. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is thinking about getting started in vermiculture.

I had the opportunity to use this book while sailing The Spanish Virgin Islands off the coast of Puerto Rico. I really liked this cruising guide. It provided lots of in depth navigational information as well charts of the islands with good depth readings and recommended entries into the various anchorages. Also provided information on things to do ashore. I gave it four stars insted of five only because the book needs to be in a binder format with coated pages. It is easy to damage the book if it gets wet which is highly likely on a sailboat.

Well organized book. Wish it would include trails to do once we are anchored

Robert L. Hilliard is Professor of Visual and Media Arts at Emerson College in Boston. Dr. Hilliard was Chief of the Public Broadcasting Branch of the Federal Communications Commission and was Chair of the Federal Interagency Media Committee. He is the author of more than 30 books on communication, including several leading media textbooks. Michael C. Keith is a Professorin the Communication Departmentat Boston College and author of numerous journal articles and over 20 books on electronic media. Dr. Keith is past Chair of Education for the Museum of Broadcast Communications. This is Hilliard and Keith’s seventh co-authored book, including the 1999 President’s Annual Booklist selection, Waves of Rancor: Tuning in the Radical Right, and The Broadcast Century: A History of American Radio and Television.

However the first edition published in 2003 does not include a Table of Contents, and the authors tend to jump around chronologically which makes it a bit difficult to really understand the progression of the issue over time. The individual chapters don't really have noticeable themes that make them cohesive, and many times I felt I was reading the same thing over and over. However, aside from these organizational issues, the book is loaded with information and was a huge help in writing my essay on indecency in the media.
